SATOC for Design/Build and Construct Within USACE-Philadelphia District
Burgos Group is contracted to perform Task Orders under this contract, which will be used for the rapid response for remediation of real property (i.e. maintenance / repair / minor construction situations relating, but not limited to, the architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, security and safety areas of Government facilities).
Task Orders may also include all planning, programming, administration, management, design and construction necessary to complete all work described in the scope of work.
Special Operations Assault Zone Support – Cannon AFB, NM
Burgos Group personnel support 27 SOG special operations flying squadrons, AFSOC-directed training and testing, unilateral aircrew training, AFSOC, Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and other authorized customers’ training by providing air and ground training support in areas/locations designated by the training mission or scenario. Supported aircraft include Non-Standard Aviation (NSAv), MC/C-130, C-17 and CV-22 tilt-rotor aircraft and RPAs. Burgos Group provides all personnel, supervision and other services necessary to perform the following:
- Landing Zones (LZ) support for dirt LZs, military installations and commercial and/or municipal airports.
- Drop Zones (DZ) support to all aircraft conducting airdrop training operations. Type of drops include Heavy Equipment (HE), Container Delivery System (CDS), High Speed Low Level Aerial Delivery System (HSLLADS) and HALO/Static Line Personnel.
- DZ, LZ, Helicopter Landing Zone (HLZ) and Forward Area Refueling Point (FARP) surveying following the guidelines of AFI 13-217, AFI 11-235, any applicable Engineering Technical Letters (ETL) and Flight Crew Information Files (FCIFs).
- Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Ground Observers provide flight following, traffic advisories as well as any required assistance or necessary asset protection to RPA aircraft while operating in FAA Class “D” and Class “E” airspace or as designated by the mission/training scenario.
Electric Plug-In Vehicles (PEV) Infrastructure Project – Joint Base McGuire AFB-Ft. Dix-Lakehurst, NJ
Burgos Group is contracted to construct the underground electrical infrastructure to power electric vehicle charging stations. The parking locations will be in the parking lots of facilities 2416, 3001/3002, and 3102/3104. The scope includes all site investigations, trenching, conduits, pavements,conductors, overload protection, disconnects, device boxes and devices. Project will include connections to existing infrastructure termination points and all site restoration.
Overhead and Personal Door Maintenance and Repairs
Naval Support Activity - Mechanicsburg, PA
Burgos Group was awarded a maintenance construction indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to perform repair and/or replacement of overhead and personal doors at Naval Support Activity in Mechnicsburg, PA.

Air Force Occupational Safety and Health Support – Kirtland AFB, NM
Burgos Group personnel perform safety, health, engineering and technical services to develop, maintain and document AF safety guidance for all aspects of the AF safety program, consistent with DoD and Air Force Instruction (AFI) requirements, OSHA and AF safety mission requirements. This involves review of existing requirements and the directives driving the requirements (i.e., OSHA, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), ANSI, DoD, AF), along with consideration of AF needs and requirements, followed by determination of the effect on AF operations, developing guidance/change recommendations, and incorporating recommended changes into existing documents. The effort includes evaluating questions and concerns from other AF bases and preparing responses to these issues, assist as needed in coordinating and planning presentation materials for meetings and conferences being held at AFSC, participating with teams to develop and/or review policy, procedures and technical standards, and resolving issues involving safety policy/standards or which may result in changes to safety policy/standards.
Unaccompanied Personnel Housing, Referral and Furnishings Management Office Services – Holloman AFB, NM
Burgos Group acts as the facility manager for all UPH facilities at Holloman AFB. We are also responsible for running an 11,000 sq.ft. FMO warehouse. For those moving out of UPH facilities, we provide a full range of housing referral assistance including: accepting lists of houses, apartments, housing projects or from Realtors in the area, counseling incoming members, and managing rental or sale listings posted on installation bulletin boards.

Dripping Springs and
La Cueva Road and Parking Lot – Doña Ana County, NM
Burgos Group reconditioned the surface of existing aggregate surfaced roads shoulders, various parking lots, and pull-outs, by blading, watering and compacting said areas and cleaning and reconditioning of ditches, cleaning and shaping turnouts, shaping the shoulders, removing rocks from roadway and borrow ditches in accordance with specifications. It also included disposing of the waste material along with the removal of vegetation, repairing of raveling, potholes and alligator cracking and cleaning the existing asphalt surfaces.
Groundskeeping Services, Albuquerque Air Route Traffic Control Center – Albuquerque, NM
Burgos Group is furnishing all necessary labor and materials in the performance of Grounds Maintenance at the Federal Aviation Administration, Albuquerque Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC). Services we are performing include: mowing, edging, power raking, aeration, seeding, fertilizing, herbicide, snow removal, and recurring general groundskeeping requirements which include maintaining plant beds, shrubs, trees, weed control, insect control, pest control, and maintenance of the irrigation system.

Landscaping US Coast Guard Training Center – Cape May, NJ
Remove and dispose of landscape timber and plastic landscape edging covering three separate beds. Install landscape fabric in various beds: Weed all beds. Remove and dispose of various shrubs in bed, but leave all flowers and trees. Provide and Install metal landscape edging around all three beds. Provide and install mulch in the south east bed, leaving the existing shrubs and white stone. Provide and install 3 inches of red rock. Remove trees as needed.
Pull-up Bar Replacement for Air Marshal Service - William J. Hughes Technical Center, NJ
Burgos Group provided all labor and materials for the replacement of 8 Pull Up bars. We removed existing pull-up bars and discard off site and relocated the mulch bed portico. Burgos Group ensured the pull-up bar assembly was centered of the concrete pad and the posts had 4” x 4” steps attached to each side to provide an 18” step on one side and a 24” step on the opposite side on each pull-up bar opening. We poured a 12’ x 50’ x 4” thick concrete pad over 2” of stone butting up against the existing concrete walkway with proper saw cut reliefs to keep the concrete from cracking.

Kirtland AFB Environmental Sampling – KAFB, NM
Burgos Group is providing all necessary labor, materials, and supplies required for stormwater monitoring and sampling, wastewater sample analysis, and emergency spill response at Kirtland AFB. As part of these services Burgos Group is sampling stormwater outfalls located at Kirtland AFB for the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for Industrial activities and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) General Permit. We are also providing all labor, supplies, and services to perform wastewater sampling analysis of sanitary sewer samples collected by others, and we are providing all labor, equipment, and supplies required to clean-up and remediate spills that occur at various locations across Kirtland AFB.
Keams Canyon Water System – Keams Canyon, AZ
Burgos Group is tasked with reviewing current policies and regulations, written and unwritten, and then analyzing the utility management, compliance testing routine and the operation and maintenance procedures. We are providing a written set of recommendations to establish a revised set of policies that will enhance the operation of the utility and ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Burgos Group is also providing an ongoing operator training series for Tribal Agency staff so they can comply with all EPA requirements for the operation of a Public Water Supply (PWS) system.

USDC-OPS Alteration – Albuquerque, NM
Burgos Group provided all labor and materials to construct an office addition in the Pete V. Domenici Federal Courthouse. We used DID drawings and the keyed notes provided by GSA to perform the work, and ensured that once completed all of the finishes and doors matched existing finishes and doors. The work included performing the electrical needed for the installation of lighting with motion detector and running WHIPS for existing modular furniture.
Construct Concrete Block Partition Wall
Naval Support Activity - Mechanicsburg, PA
Burgos Group provides all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision to saw cut and remove existing concrete flooring. Install concrete footing and concrete block wall in accordance with drawings as well as replacing concrete flooring and caulk expansion joints.
Paint Baffles and Numbers in the FAMTC Indoor Ranges - William J. Hughes Technical Center, NJ
Burgos Group provided all materials, labor, equipment, services and all operations necessary to properly prepare and repaint the previously painted numbered baffles in the three Federal Air Marshall Training Center (FAMTC) indoor firing ranges.
