Period of Performance: June 9th, 2026 - January 11th, 2027
Work encompasses the full construction of a mission critical training and collaboration facility at Sandia National Laboratories. Work will be performed in accordance with the Universal Construction Package (UCP) and associated design sets, covering all aspects of construction including general requirements, site preparation, concrete, metals, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, communications, and electronic safety and security systems. The project demands strict adherence to Sandia National Laboratories Facilities Standard Specifications, federal safety requirements, and Buy American construction material standards, reflecting the sensitive and mission-driven nature of the facility.
